1. Who is who
zaur.it is run by Zaur Bahramov, PO Box 10048, 10048 Vinovo (TO), Italy, support@zaur.it.
Paid products on zaur.it are sold through Stripe Managed Payments. The seller of record is Link, Stripe's checkout service. Link makes the sale, takes the payment, issues the receipt and the invoice, and calculates and pays the VAT due in your country. Link's own buyer terms apply to the payment and to refunds. zaur.it creates the product, delivers the file and grants the licence described below.
2. What you buy
A licence to use a digital file, as described on the product page at the time of purchase. At present that is the ZAUR.IT Sysadmin Field Reference: one PDF collecting the cheat sheets published free on this site. The content of the file is the same as the content of the site; what you pay for is the single, versioned file and its updates.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in euro and include VAT. Link may show the price converted into your currency at checkout. Payment is taken on Stripe's checkout page; zaur.it never sees your card details.
4. Delivery
The file is delivered immediately after payment through a download link, shown on the page you return to and sent to the email address you gave at checkout. The link serves the current version of the file for twelve months from the purchase date.
5. Right of withdrawal
EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied at once, that right ends when delivery starts, if you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right. You do both on the product page before you pay, by ticking the box above the buy buttons, and the download page and the email confirm it. Business buyers have no right of withdrawal.
6. Refunds and problems with the file
Refund requests are handled by Link under its own policy, within 60 days of purchase. Link covers a file that was not delivered, a file that is materially different from its description, and unauthorised or duplicate payments. A change of mind is not grounds for a refund.
If the file does not open, renders wrong, or contains an error, write to support@zaur.it. It gets fixed, and the corrected file reaches you through the same link.
A refunded or disputed purchase closes its download link.
7. Licence
The file is licensed, not sold. Personal covers one named individual: use on your own devices, a backup copy, printing for your own use. Team covers up to five named people in one organisation: use by those people, storage in a private internal wiki or shared drive that only they can reach, printing for them. More than five people need additional Team licences.
Under both: quoting a few rows, or a screenshot of part of a page, in internal work communication is permitted, as long as the zaur.it source line stays visible.
Not permitted under either: reselling the file or giving it away; publishing the file or any whole page of it anywhere reachable beyond your licensed users; including it in training material, paid or free, in books or in courses; distributing individual pages as separate documents.
8. Updates
Twelve months of updates are included: corrections, technical fixes, command and compatibility updates and new minor versions, delivered through your download link. After twelve months the link stops working, and every copy you downloaded stays yours. A later major version may be offered to existing buyers at a discount; that is announced on the product page, not promised here.
9. Using the content
The sheets are reference material written from day-to-day system administration. Commands can change behaviour between versions and environments. Check a command against your own systems and their documentation before running it in production. zaur.it is not liable for damage caused by running commands from the file, to the extent the law allows; nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.

11. Changes
These terms can change for future purchases. The terms in force on the day you bought apply to your purchase.
12. Law
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country. Questions or complaints: support@zaur.it.
